Saved 8000 in first year. - Saved company in excess of 10,000 by preventing lawsuit. I stopped production of an altered wood floor wall chart, from an entry-level artist and new salesman’s request that changed our company procedures to accommodate clients request.
- Prep comp decals for new machines and low quantity production machines eliminating cost of low quantity order and disposable inventory.
- Crochet hats for kindergartners, and when giving the hats to them, use cognitive ability to teach them to use higher critical thinking skills.
